On Nov. 29, the opening ceremony of the first China-Europe freight train Bingbing named after the mascot was held in the Wuhan Airport Economic Development Zone. At 10 am, the train departed from Wujiashan Railway Container Center Station in Wuhan, passing through Russia, Belarus, Poland and other countries along the Belt and Road, to the terminal station - Port of Hamburg in Germany.

The exterior of the train carriage is painted with the theme of the 7th CISM Military World Games (7th CWG), depicting the sports scenes of the mascot Bingbing at Wuhan landmarks, which has become mobile publicity posters of the 7th CWG to send a warm invitation from Wuhan to the people along the way.

According to the designer, the train Bingbing is painted with five sports scenes of the mascot Bingbing in combination with the competition and demonstration events of the 7th CWG and Wuhan landmark buildings: riding on the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, playing table tennis at the Wuhan Five Rings Sports Center Gymnasium, sailing on the East Lake, playing tennis at the Optics Valley International Tennis Center, and handing on the torch in front of the Hankow Customs. The sports scenes adopt a silhouette design full of vivid images and rich Wuhan elements. The design creatively uses the China-Europe freight trains as a carrier to introduce the 7th CWG to the countries along the major railway routes and improve the international influence of Wuhan and the Airport Economic Development Zone.

In addition, the train Bingbing also carries English invitation letters. When the train arrives in an important city along the way, the invitation letters will be delivered to the owners along with the goods in the container, inviting them to participate in the 7th CWG through watching the games on the scene or the live broadcast online.

At the opening ceremony of the train Bingbing, the first international open class of Knowing Wuhan was also held in Wuhan. On the same day, more than 30 foreign students as well as foreigners working and living in Wuhan from the countries along the Belt and Road also visited the Work Zone of Wujiashan Railway Container Center Station, the Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and the Belt and Road product display store of Wuhan Asia-Europe Logistics and other places, and learned the special courses such as tea art and Han embroidery, personally experiencing the charm of Chinese traditional culture and seeing the achievements of Wuhan and the Airport to actively promote the Belt and Road Initiative. Many foreigners broadcast live on foreign social platforms, and sent the invitation of the 7th CWG to their respective countries.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Wuhan Airport Economic Development Zone, the first China-Europe freight train in Wuhan started from the Airport in 2014, and continuously sent the Quality Products Made in Wuhan and Made in China to European countries, covering nearly 50 countries and regions in Eurasia. The freight trains have greatly promoted the economic, trade and cultural exchanges between Hubei Province as well as Wuhan City and the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt, and have become an important platform for Hubei Province and Wuhan City to promote the Belt and Road Initiative and accelerate the opening up. The Airport Economic Development Zone (East and West Lake District) has a comprehensive bonded zone and a rail freight corridor for China-Europe (Wuhan) trains, which is a joint of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt Development Strategy. The opening of the train Bingbing will convey the enthusiasm and hope from Wuhan and the Airport to the world. People from all over the world are warmly invited to participate in the 7th CWG and share development opportunities.
