Wuhan Natural History Museum and Kenneth E. Behring River & Life Museum opened to the public for a trial operation from June 29.

The museum, located in Wuhan Garden Expo Park, consists of three parts: Changjiang Civilization Museum, Kenneth E. Behring River & Life Museum and Wuhan International Garden Expo. The museum showcases the Yangtze River's biodiversity and gives visitors a peek into the lives of animals and humans.

Kenneth E. Behring River & Life Museum will open on July 18. There are more than 3,000 specimens in 14 exhibition areas, including the largest Mamen Creek dinosaur in China and silicified wood measuring 37 meters in length and 2.7 meters in diameter from the Jurassic period.
