Dancing in Mauritius

A direct flight between Wuhan and Mauritius will begin on August 11, according to a press conference held on July 20 for the official launching.

A five-year exclusive chartered flight contract has been signed between Hang Lv Group and Air Mauritius. The flight, utilizing an Airbus A340 aircraft and operated by Air Mauritius, will fly once a week with a flight time of about 11 hours. Outbound flights will depart from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport at 1:05 a.m. and arrive in Mauritius at 7:40 a.m. local time. The return flights will depart at 8:15 a.m. local time and arrive in Wuhan at 11:05 p.m.
Passengers traveling to Mauritius from Wuhan previously had to transfer in Shanghai or Chengdu, making the total travel time about 20 hours.

According to Hang Lv Group, there is a three-month promotion with discounted tickets starting from RMB 4,000. (By Zhang Quanlu)
